Surviving are her Daughter, Peggy Smitherman Langford, Son, Rickey Smitherman, Granddaughter, Amy Tyus, Grandson, Matt Langford, Granddaughter, Wendie Smitherman, Grandson, Rocky Smitherman, Great-Grandson, Joshua Tyus, Great-Grandson, Jeremy Tyus, Great-Granddaughter, Hannah Tyus, Great-Granddaughter, Rebecca Langford, 2 Great-Great Grandchildren, and Sister, Inez Waldrop,.
She was preceded in death by her Husband Grady O. Smitherman, Parents, Albert Riffe and Thelma Wallace, Brother, Harold Riffe, Brother, Gerald Smitherman, Brother, Charles Smitherman, Sister, Faye Nell Tillery.
Graveside Services will be held Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at 10:00 am. at Randolph Baptist Cemetery with Pastor Richard Bowers officiating.
