Herbert Hoover MOATTS, 81, of Bimringham died Sunday, April 11, 2010 at St. Vincent's Hospital, Birmingham. He was born on Saturday, November 3, 1928 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Rudolph Moatts and the late Annie Bell Teel Moatts. He was employed with Piggly Wiggly for over 20 years. Surviving are his Son, Mr. Herbert A. Moatts of Birmingham, AL; Daughter, Mrs. Cathy (Charles) Broadway of Birmingham, AL; Brother, Mr. Paul (Jewell) Moatts of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Mrs. Geneva Moatts; 3 Brothers & 3 Sisters. Friends will be received from 1-2, Tuesday, April 13, 2010 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Tuesday, April 13, 2010, at 2:00 P.M.. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Matt DeBord officiating. Interment will follow in Clanton City Cemetery, Clanton, AL.
