Herschel Bingham, 76, of Jemison, Alabama passed away March 19, 2026, at Shelby Baptist Medical Center in Alabaster, AL.
He was born November 16, 1949, in Alabama, son of Ralph Bingham and Dorothy Bingham.
He worked for the State of Alabama, ABC Board.
Surviving are his Wife, Patty Bingham; Father, Ralph Bingham; Mother, Dorothy Bingham; Daughters, Amy (Shannon) Porter, Debbie (Britt) Culpepper; Grandchildren, Kelcie Hoyle, Dylan Knowles, Abbigail Porter, Sophie Porter, Bella Knowles; 5 Great-Grandchildren; Brothers, Ralph Bingham, Bob (Tammy) Bingham.
He was preceded in death by his Brothers, David Bingham, Mark Bingham.
Friends will be received Monday, March 23, 2026, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeal Home Chapel.
