He was born April 25, 1937, in Wetumpka, Alabama, son of the late Hilyard Bass and the late Annie Bass.

He was a Electrician. He loved to be outside, landscaping, fishing, and hunting.

Friends will be received Saturday, September 28, 2024, from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Funeral service will be held Saturday, September 28, 2024, at 2:00 pm. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Tommy Bass officiating.

Interment will follow in Sardis Baptist Cemetery, Maplesville, Alabama.

Pallbearers will be Harry Dismukes, Jimmy Dismukes, Charles Dismukes, Pee Wee Dismukes, Trey Bass, and Cole Bass.
