He was born on Thursday, September 19, 1940 in Jefferson Co., Alabama, Son of the late Ollie Carlisle and the late Susan Ann Poe Carlisle. He was in Security. Surviving are his 3 Daughters, Mrs. Tracy McPherson of Justin, TX, Mrs. Renee Wingard of Clanton, AL, Mrs. Susan D. Cruise of Pensacola, FL; 4 Sisters, Mr. Troy Carlisle of Clanton, AL, Mrs. Betty Stokes of Adamsville, AL, Mrs. Barbara Lowery of Adamsville, AL, Mrs. Eleanora Estrada of Adamsville, AL; 6 grandchildren. Friends will be received from 1-3 pm, Saturday, August 9, 2008, prior to the service.. Services will be held Saturday, August 9, 2008, at 3:00 pm. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, AL 35045. Martin Funeral Home directing.
