He was born on Monday, April 22, 1946 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late W.H. Farmer and the late Carrie P. Rogers Farmer. He was a Truck Driver. Surviving are his Daughters, Angela (Nick) Dyer of Calera, AL, Lisa (David) Gothard of Calera, AL, Denise (Justin) Farmer of Verbena, AL, Mandy (BJ) Bond of Clanton, AL; Sons, Wayne (Angie) Farmer of Jemison, AL, Kevin (Wendy) Farmer of Calera, AL; 11 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Jimmy Pruett of Montevallo, AL; Sister, Rhonda Frederick of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his parents, W.H. & Carrie Farmer. Friends will be received from 5-7, Sunday, January 24, 2016 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday, January 25, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Randy Gothard officiating. Interment will follow in Thorsby Memory Gardens, Thorsby, AL.
