(Heather) Smith of Thorsby, AL, Howard Kyle Smith of Maplesville, AL, Seth Smith of Maplesville, AL; 6 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Mildred M. Smith; Sister, Robin Nell Smith; Sister, Betty Jo Smith; Sister, Mildred Faye Stevens. Friends will be received from 6-8, Sunday, July 1, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
