Ima Lucille Carter, 83, of Thorsby died Wednesday, August 14, 2013. She was born on Friday, November 29, 1929 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Robert Anderson and the late Minnie Lee Brown Anderson. She was a Cafeteria Worker. Surviving are Sons, John E. (Judy) McGalliard of Verbena, AL, Michael Ray (Peggy) McGalliard of Montgomery, AL; Daughter, Peggy Jean Hooks of Thorsby, AL; 6 Grandchildren, 7 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Terry Lane Carter. Friends will be received from 12-1:30 Saturday, August 17, 2013 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Saturday, August 17, 2013, at 1:30 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Glenn Ross officiating. Interment will follow in Union Congregational, Marbury, AL.
