He was born on Sunday, November 26, 1933 in Jemison, AL, Son of the late Simmy Bush and the late Gladys Jackson Bush Melton. He was a carpenter. Surviving are his Wife, Sedera Bush of Maplesville, AL; Sister, June (Samuel) Finney of Grove Hill of AL, Twin Sisters, Peggy (Jessie) Atkins of GA & Linda (Jim) Driscolls of SC; Brother, Jerry "Buddy" Melton of Selma, AL; Numerous Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Gladys Melton; Father Simmy Bush; Sister, Gloria Bush Scott; Brother, Frank Bush. Friends will be received from 5-7 p.m., Wednesday, February 28, 2018 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Thursday, March 1, 2018, at 12:00 p.m.. at Martin Chapel with officiating.
