James Barry Chapman, 57, of Clanton, Alabama passed peacefully on July 3, 2023 in Clanton, Alabama.
He was born October 1, 1965, in Chilton County, Alabama, son of the late James Ronald Chapman and Betty Ann & James Smitherman.
Surviving are his Parents, Betty Ann and James Smitherman; Son, Joshua (Chantelle) Chapman; Daughter, Kristen (Hunter) Ellison; Grandchildren, Huntley Davenport, Jensen Ellison, Aaleyah Chapman & Raven Chapman; Sisters, Rhonda (Jeffery) Littleton, Angel (Wally) Collins; Brothers, Jamie (Misty) Chapman, Marvin (Gail) Smitherman, Roy Smitherman, Timmy (Irene) Smitherman.
He was preceded in death by his Father, James Ronald Chapman.
Friends will be received Thursday, July 6, 2023, from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at New Harmony Holiness Church.
Services will be held Friday, July 7, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at New Harmony Holiness Church with Reece Green officiating.
Interment will follow in New Harmony Holiness Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
