James Donald OWENS, 68, of Birmingham died Friday, August 29, 2008 at Loving Care Retirement Home . He was born on Wednesday, July 31, 1940 in Chilton Co.,Alabama, Son of the late James Robert Owens and the late Persia M. Lessley. He was a Security Guard. Surviving are his Brother, Charles E. (Carolyn) Owens of Jemison, AL; Nephew, Brandon Owens of Jemison, AL. No flowers, please make donations to Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery Fund. Graveside Services will be held Sunday, August 31, 2008, at 2:00 pm. at Oak Grove Baptist Cemetery, Jemison, AL with Rev. Terry Avery and Rev. Brian Funderburg officiating. Martin Funeral Home directing.
