James S. Driver, 81, of Clanton died Monday, May 2, 2011 at his residence. He was born on Wednesday, May 8, 1929 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late James Watts Driver and the late Artie Mae Driver. He was a Truck Driver. He was the loving father of, James (Susan) Driver of Jemison, AL, Dale (Jennie) Driver of Clanton, AL; 2 Daughters, Darlene Parlier of Naples, FL, Lana (Jerome) Royster of Athens, AL; 9 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren; A Host of Nieces & Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Granddaughter, Kathleen Driver. Friends will be received from 12-1, Thursday, May 5, 2011 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
