James Louis Fox, Sr. 90, of Clanton, Alabama passed away July 10, 2020 at his residence. He was born June 27, 1930 in Jemison, Alabama, son of George Fox and Ella Rawlinson Fox He was a Captain's Personal Cook with the United States Navy where he retired off the USS Hornet. Surviving are his Son, James "Jim" Louis (Patricia Weaver) Fox, Jr., Grandson, David (Melanie) Fox, Granddaughter, Lisa (Paul) Osborne, Granddaughter, Tammy (Shawn) Fox, Great-Grandchildren, Kody Fox, Great-Grandchildren, Rylie Osborne, Great-Grandchildren, Lucas Osborne, Great-Grandchildren, Tyler Fox, Great-Grandchildren, Makalia Whaler, Great-Grandchildren, Shania Whaler, Daughter-in-law, Janet Fox, Sister, Francis Foshee. He was preceded in death by his Father, George Newton Fox, Mother, Ella Miriam Rawlinson Fox, Wife, Arliss Fox, Brother, Jesse Fox, Brother, Howard Fox, Brother, George Fox, Sister, Annalee Fox, Brother, Charles Fox, and Sister, Alisha Fox. Friends will be received Saturday, July 11, 2020 from 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held Saturday, July 11, 2020, at 4:00 pm. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Wyatt officiating.
