James E Gray, 81, of Prattville, Alabama passed away September 3, 2026, at his residence in Prattville, AL.
He was born April 4, 1945, in Alabama, son of the late Sidney Gray and the late Arlie Gray.
He was a Electric motor repairman.
Surviving are his Wife, Jean Gray; Son, Justin Gray; Brother, Paul Gray; Sister, Jeanette Burdette; A host of Nieces, Nephews and other family.
He was preceded in death by his Father, Sidney Gray; Mother, Arlie Mae Gray; Step-Mother, Elsie Gray; Sister, Elaine Staton; Brothers, Ferrell and Carl Gray; Sisters-in-Law, Ellen and Linda Gray.
Friends will be received Tuesday, September 8, 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:00 am at Bethany Baptist Church.
Services will be held Tuesday, September 8, 2026, at 11:00 am. at Bethany Baptist Church with Greg Bixler and Paul Armstrong officiating.
Interment will follow in Bethany Baptist Cemetery, Verbena, Alabama.
