He was preceded in death by his First Wife, Myrtlene Staggs; Daughter, Margaret Staggs; Daughter, Joyce Staggs; Daughter, Vicky Staggs and Son, Clarence Staggs. Friends will be received from 5-8, Wednesday, April 25, 2012 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Thursday, April 26, 2012, at 11:00 A.M. at Friendship Baptist Church with Rev.
