He was born on Wednesday, April 19, 1939 in Tennessee, Son of the late Albert Thompson and the late Gracie Easterling Thompson. He was a Deputy Sheriff for Autauga County. Surviving are Daughter, Denise (Lynn) Thompson Moon of Jemison, AL; Son, Clark (Jenny) Thompson of Jemison, AL; 2 Sisters, Eunice Headley of Clanton, AL, Vera Nell Cleckley of Clanton, AL; Brother, Howard Thompson of Clanton, AL; 3 Grandchildren, Lauryn Horton of Calera, AL, Lesley Moon of Calera, AL, Jordon Thompson of Jemison, AL; Great-Grandchildren, Five Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Susan Vinson Thompson; Parents, Albert & Gracie Thompson; Grandaughter, Lynsey Wheeler; Sister, Myrtice Barnett . Friends will be received from 2:30 until 3:30 Sunday, September 22, 2019. Services will be held Sunday, September 22, 2019, at 3:30 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
