She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Husband, Hugh M. Lally Bates; Sons, Mickey (Barbara) Bates, Richard Bates; Daughter, Vickey Bates (Jerry) Grooms; Grandchildren, Jarrad (Marci) Bates, Brandon (Casey) Bates, Cameron (Shelley) Bates, Candace Bates (Brent) Doriety, Amy Grooms (Mark) Stephenson, Johnathan (Erica) Grooms; Great-Grandchildren, Luke & Hugh Bates, Cole Bates, Hannah Wilson, Maddie Wilson, Landon Stephenson, Caris, Hadassah & Elliott Doriety, Austin, Allison, Anna Grooms, Ean, Elizabeth, Ella Grooms. She was preceded in death by her Parents, Charles W. & Minnie Wade. Friends will be received from 1-2, Tuesday, November 20, 2018 @ Martin Chapel. Services will be held Tuesday, November 20, 2018, at 2:00 P.M. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Matt DeBord officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
