Jerry Donald Stroud

Jerry Donald Stroud, 83, of Rye, New York passed away March 21, 2024, in Alabaster, Alabama.

He was born June 18, 1940, in Chilton County, AL, son of the late Jeremiah Stroud and the late Eunice Stroud.

Jerry was an electrician for many years. He was a dedicated and loving husband, father, and grandfather; often known for his kindness and generosity to all that he met.

Surviving are his loving Wife of 64 years, Joan A. Stroud; Daughter, Sheryl Stroud; Son, Jerry Stroud, Jr.; Grandchildren; Austin Fultz, Tyler Stroud, Garrett Fultz, Chad Stroud, Reid Fultz & Brett Stroud.

He was preceded in death by his Parents Jeremiah Stroud and Eunice Stroud.

Friends will be received Monday, March 25, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Monday, March 25, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. James Watkins officiating.

Interment will follow in Clanton City Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
