Jerry Wayne Thomas, 72, of Clanton, Alabama passed away November 3, 2021 at St. Vincent's Chilton, Clanton, Alabama. He was born December 31, 1948 in Clanton, Alabama, son of the late Elijah Thomas Jr. and the late Mildred Lorene Thomas. He was a owner and operator of Thomas Construction. Surviving are his Wife, Jennifer "Jenny" Elaine Thomas; Son, Chris (Tina) Thomas; Daughter, Angie (Wade) Johnson; Grandsons, Josh Johnson, Jordan Johnson, John Michael Johnson; Granddaughter, Kristin Thomas. He was preceded in death by his Mother, Mildred Lorene Mims; Father, Elijah Monroe Thomas, Jr.; Sister, Rhonda Thomas Guin. Visitation will be held Sunday, November 7, 2021 from 12:30 p.m. to 1:30 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Graveside Service will be held Sunday, November 7, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. at Temple Assembly of God Cemetery with Rev. Don Vanderslice officiating.
