Jesse "Jet" Lee Edwards, 74, of Gulf Shores died Tuesday, December 15, 2015 at UAB, Birmingham. He was born on Saturday, November 15, 1941 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of the late Isaac Edwards and the late Myrtle Steapp Edwards. He was a Carpenter. Surviving are his Wife, Norma Edwards of Gulf Shores, AL; Sons, Denny Lee (Cherie) Edwards, David Wayne (Amy) Edwards, Daniel Todd (Kim) Edwards; Daughter, Rhonda Ray; 8 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren; Sisters, Colethia (Harold) Littlejohn, Evelyn Patterson. He was preceded in death by his Daughter, Kellye M. Edwards; Son, Daryl Edwards . Friends will be received from 12-2 p.m., Friday, December 18, 2015 at Pates Chapel Baptist Church. Services will be held Friday, December 18, 2015, at 2:00 p.m. at Pates Chapel Baptist Church, Jemison, with Rev. Gary Jones, Rev. Teddy Chadwick, Rev. Jason Smith officiating.
