She was born on December 10, 1991, in Birmingham, Alabama, and was the daughter of Richard Causey and Tracey Portera.
She was a Manager at Waffle House. She was a very loving person. She was selfless and always put others before herself.
Surviving are her Husband, Charles "Chirp" Richard Perkins; Father, Richard (Patricia) Causey; Mother, Tracey (Randy) Portera; Brothers, Christopher Michael Dedge and Jacob Ryan Causey, Grandfather, Carmellow Portera; Aunts, Wendy (Bill) Tatum and Nona (Peanut) Causey; Uncle, Floyd Causey; Godmother, Renee (Marty) Martin; Numerous extended family.
She was preceded in death by her Grandparents, Carrol and Bobbie Causey; Grandmother, Karen Portera; Aunt, Penny Porter.
