He worked in Commercial Construction. Surviving are his 2 Sons, Jay (Maria) Porter of Clanton, AL, Justin Porter of Jemison, AL; Sister, Faye (John) King; Special Friend, Jo Anne Price of Jemison, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 5 Nieces. He was preceded in death by his Parents, James & Mildred Porter; Brother, Jimmy Wayne Porter; Brother, James "Worm" Porter; Sister, Joyce Bolton and Nephew, Jeff "Bobo" Bolton. Friends will be received from 5-8, Thursday, October 13, 2011 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, October 14, 2011, at 1:00 P.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev.
