Jewell Cost Wyatt, 97, of Clanton died Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at Hatley Health Care. She was born on Sunday, January 26, 1919 in Alabama, Daughter of the late John P. Cost and the late Reacy Lowery Cost. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are her Sons, Dr. John Will Wyatt of Milledgeville, Ga, Rev. Joe Wyatt of Dothan, AL, Mr. Randall Wyatt of Clanton, AL, Mr. Danny K. Wyatt of Clanton, AL; Daughters, Mrs. Gayla Jones of Shelby, AL, Mrs. Sherry Willum of Prattville, AL; 24 Grandchildren, A host of Great & Great-Great Grandchildren; Sister, Mrs. Jessie Smith of Bowie, MD. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Mr. Curtis Wyatt; Daughter, Mrs. Helen Scott; Grandson, Mr. Chris Wyatt; Sister, Mrs. Myrtice Turner; Brother, Mr. F.C. Cost. Friends will be received from 10-11, Friday, December 30, 2016 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Friday, December 30, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Martin Chapel with Rev. Joe Wyatt and Dr. John Will Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens, Clanton, AL. No flowers. Please make donations to West End Baptist Church-Building Fund.
