Jimmy Randol Jones, 63, of Clanton died Wednesday, April 20, 2016 at St. Vincent's Hospital, Birmingham. He was born on Sunday, March 29, 1953 in Chilton Co., AL, Son of George W. Jones and the late Mary Elizabeth Cleckler Jones. He was a Welder. Surviving are his Wife, Peggy Jones of Clanton, AL; Daughters, Cedena (Luke) Owen, Shelia (Jim) Harper; Son, Brian Willis; 8 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren; Sisters, Linda (Joe Earl) Adams, Joyce Johnson; Father, George Jones. Friends will be received from 5-7, Friday, April 22, 2016 at Glad Tidings Church of God. Services will be held Saturday, April 23, 2016, at 11:00 a.m. at Glad Tidings Church of God with Rev. Tony Smitherman and Rev. Harlon Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Providence Baptist #2 Cemetery, Clanton, AL. Martin Funeral Home directing.
