Joan N. Robinson, 69, of Jemison, Alabama died July 3, 2013 at her residence in Jemison. She was born on April 23, 1944 in Chilton County, Alabama, Daughter of the late Paul Northcutt and Leatha Wilson Northcutt. She was a retired business manager with Chilton-Shelby Mental Health Services. Surviving are her daughter, Paige (Brent) Scruggs, Clanton, AL; daughter, Leighsa Robinson, Jemison, AL; Son, Shane (Kim) Robinson, Jemison, AL; Sister, Judy N. Henry, Jemison, AL; Grandchildren, Shayna Robinson, Shelbie Robinson, Brently Scruggs & Brittan Scruggs; and nephew, Brian Henry. She was preceded in death by her husband, Marvin "Bull" Robinson. Friends will be received from 1:00 t0 3:00 pm, Friday, July 5, 2013 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, July 5, 2013 at 3:00 pm at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Billy Wyatt officiating. Interment will follow in Midway Memorial Gardens in Jemison, Alabama. Martin Funeral Home directing. You may leave online condolences for the family on our website.
