Joann Adams

JoAnn Adams, 75, of Clanton, Alabama passed away on February 19, 2025, at UAB St Vincents Chilton.

She was born on August 2, 1949, in Clanton, Alabama, and was the daughter of the late Curtis Adams and the late Lora Mae Adams.

She was a Homemaker. She was a loved Mom, MawMaw, and friend.

Surviving are her Daughters, Vickie (Terry) Hicks, Lou Ann (Billy Ray) Hicks, Sue Ann Traywick, and Tina (Kevin) Vickers; Son, Derrick (Mandi) Adams; 11 Grandchildren and a host of great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, Durward Adams; Parents, Curtis Adams and Lora Mae Adams; Sister, Ola Mae Johnson.

Friends will be received on Friday, February 21, 2025, from 12:00 P.M to 1:00 P.M at The Way of the Cross Ministry in Coopers, Alabama.

Services will be held on, February 21, 2025, at 1:00 P.M at The Way of the Cross Ministry with Brother Terry Hicks and Brother Barney Mims officiating.

Interment will follow at The Grove Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
