John Ben Bucklew, Jr

Bucklew, Jr., John Ben, age 68, a resident of Clanton died on January 11, 2017. Mr. Bucklew was born on March 12, 1948 to the late John Ben Bucklew, Sr. and the late Bertie Louise Davidson Bucklew. He is survived by his wife, Sue Bucklew of Clanton, AL; Daughters, Patti (Scott) Buksa of Trussville, AL and Mary (Jimmie) Martin of Clanton, AL; son, Jay (Stephanie) Bucklew of Clanton, AL; 10 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; brothers, William Bucklew of Clanton, Michael Bucklew of Coffee Springs, AL, Robert Bucklew of Clanton, AL; sisters, Ann Harris of Dadeville, AL, Sandra Jones of Porter, TX, Donna Denbo of Magnolia, TX, Violet Bucklew of Birmingham, AL and Barbara Holley of Kinston, AL; numerous nieces or nephews. He was preceded in death by his granddaughter, Anni Baker, brother, Johnny Dale Bucklew and sister, Gail Watson. Funeral services will be on Saturday, January 14, 2017 at 2:00 pm from Shiloh Baptist Church with Rev. Ernest Fike officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 pm until 2:00 pm Saturday at the church.
