He was a Lawyer. Surviving are Wife, Cindy Marcus of Auburn, AL; Son, Bert Marcus, California; Daughter, Jennifer (Jake) Dorman, Michigan; Grandson, Jake Dorman, Michigan; Granddaughter, Jodie Dorman of Thorsby, AL; Sister-in-Law, Peggy Marcus of Thorsby, AL. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Henry W. & Lota Mae Marcus and Brother, Glenn Hayes Marcus. Friends will be received from 12:30-1:30, Tuesday, November 12, 2013 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
