John Hendricks HAMILTON, Sr., 86, of Clanton died Saturday, December 13, 2008 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Tuesday, December 5, 1922 in Jefferson Co., AL, Son of the late Hugh Hamilton and the late Lillie Hendricks Hamilton. He retired with U.S. Steel as a Locomotive Maintainer. Surviving are his Wife, Amanda Hamilton of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Constance Hamby of Clanton, AL; Son, John Hamilton, Jr. of Jay, FL; 8 Grandchildren, 9 Great Grandchildren.
