John Roland Smith, 91, of Clanton died Thursday, August 18, 2016 at Wetumpka Health & Rehab, Wetumpka. He was born on Tuesday, June 23, 1925 in Maplesville, AL, Son of the late John P. Smith and the late Meadie Sansom Smith. He was a Salesman. Surviving are Wife of 72 years, Loutious Faye Smith of Clanton, AL; Sons, James Tyrone (Sherry) Smith of Clanton, AL, William Keith (Lisa) Smith of Maplesville, AL; Daughter, Charlotte Faye Smith of Clanton, AL; Sister, Inez Clark of Clanton, AL; 4 Grandchildren, 11 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Phil & Meadie Smith, Son, Johnny Mack Smith, Grandson, Scotty Smith, Granddaughter, Bridgett Smith and Brother, Julious Smith. Friends will be received from 1:30-3, Saturday, August 20, 2016 @ Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Saturday, August 20, 2016, at 3:00 P.M. at Martin Chapel with Rev.
