He was born on Sunday, February 23, 1969 in Georgia, Son of the late James Southard and the late Peggy Norris Southard. He was a Restaurant Worker. Surviving are Sons, John Marcus Southard, Jason Southard; Brother, Anthony Southard; Father, James Southard. He was preceded in death by: his Mother, Peggy Norris Southard.
