He was born on Monday, July 18, 1955 in Alabama, Son of the late Lonzie Davis and Evelyn Mims Davis. He was a Truck Driver. Surviving are Wife, Charlotte Davis; 2 Sons, Carlis (Katrina) Shaw, Jerry (Jessica) Davis; Daughter, Chevonne Davis (Rick) Adams; 3 , 3 Grandsons, 1 Granddaughter, Numerous Nieces & Nephews; Mother, Evelyn Davis; 2 Brothers, Jimmie (Vickie) Davis, Billy (Josephine) Davis; 2 Sisters, Brenda Hudgins, Linda Hall. He was preceded in death by his Father, Lonzie Davis and a Brother, Bobby Davis. Friends will be received from 6-7:30 pm Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
