Johnnie Edward Davis, 58, of Clanton died Wednesday, August 14, 2013 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster. He was born on Monday, July 18, 1955 in Alabama, Son of the late Lonzie Davis and Evelyn Mims Davis. He was a Truck Driver. Surviving are Wife, Charlotte Davis; 2 Sons, Carlis (Katrina) Shaw, Jerry (Jessica) Davis; Daughter, Chevonne Davis (Rick) Adams; 3 , 3 Grandsons, 1 Granddaughter, Numerous Nieces & Nephews; Mother, Evelyn Davis; 2 Brothers, Jimmie (Vickie) Davis, Billy (Josephine) Davis; 2 Sisters, Brenda Hudgins, Linda Hall. He was preceded in death by his Father, Lonzie Davis and a Brother, Bobby Davis. Friends will be received from 6-7:30 pm Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Funeral service will be at 7:30 pm, Saturday, August 17, 2013 at Martin Funeral home Chapel. Martin Funeral Home directing. You may leave online condolences for the family on our website.
