Melton and the late Ruby Mae Jones Melton. She was a Manager. Surviving are her Son, William Wayne Lemley of Montgomery, AL; 2 Daughters, Kathy Renee Kennedy of Helena, AL, Mary Joyce Dassel of Prattville, AL; 2 Sisters, Christine Gloria Jackson of Montgomery, AL, Barbara Jean Melton of Montgomery, AL; Brother, Dwight James Melton of Montgomery, AL; 7 Grandchildren, Brandy Leigh Ann Cook, Jacob Lemley, Tommy Lemley, Tiffany Elaine Thornton, Amanda Renee Dassel, Ruby Danielle Kennedy, Robert Dean Dassel, 2 Great Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 12-1, Thursday, February 26, 2009 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Thursday, February 26, 2009, at 1:00 PM. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Danny Robbins officiating. Interment will follow in Providence #2 Baptist Cemetery, . Martin Funeral Home directing.
