Joyia Owens Smith, 62, of Clanton died Monday, April 2, 2018 at St. Vincent's Chilton, Clanton. She was born on Sunday, October 23, 1955 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Charles H. Owens and the late Alta Dickinson. She was a Cashier. Surviving are Daughter, Misti (Keith) Kelley of Clanton, AL; Sister, Linda James of Prattville, AL; Granddaughters, Gabriel (Jared) Fuller of Maplesville, AL, Halle Pegram of Clanton, AL, Allison Kelley of Clanton, AL; Great-Granddaughter, Tristan Fuller of Maplesville, AL; A Host of Nieces & Nephews. Friends will be received from 12-1, Thursday, April 5, 2018 @ New Cedron Baptist Church. Graveside Services will be held Thursday, April 5, 2018, at 1:00 P.M. at New Cedron Cemetery.
