She was born on Wednesday, September 11, 1940 in Alabama, Daughter of the late John Dee Atchison and the late Clara Lucinda Chandler Atchison. She was a Dental Hygienist. Surviving are her Husband, Mr. Edward "Pete" McKee of Wetumpka, AL; Daughter, Mrs. Tara (Andy) Chavers of Albuquerque, NM; Son, Mr. Shae (Valerie) McKee of San Francisco, CA; Brother, Mr. Wayne Atchison of Titus, AL; 7 Grandchildren. Friends will be received from 10-11 a.m., Friday, September 25, 2015 at Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church, Billingsley, AL. Services will be held Friday, September 25, 2015, at 11:00 a.m. at Mt. Nebo United Methodist Church with Rev. Mark Jackson and Rev. Tony Hughes officiating. Interment will follow in Mt. Nebo Cemetery, Billingsley, AL. Martin Funeral Home directing.
