Judy Earlene Melton MIMS, 59, of Clanton died Sunday, September 21, 2008 at her residence. She was born on Thursday, December 9, 1948 in Chilton Co., Alabama, Daughter of Earl W. Melton and the late Lorene Price Melton. She was a Elementary Teacher. Surviving are her Husband, Troy Oneal Mims of Clanton, AL; 2 Sons, Leslie Oneal (Jennifer) Mims of Birmingham, AL, Brett Ashley (Lindsay) Mims of Hoover, AL; Sister, Pat (Doug) Coe of Clanton, AL; Father, Earl W. Melton of Clanton, AL; A host of aunts, uncles, nieces & nephews. Friends will be received from 5-8, Monday, September 22, 2008 @ Liberty Hill Baptist Church. Services will be held Tuesday, September 23, 2008, at 11:00 AM. at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Kent Dodson and Rev. Roland Davis officiating.
