June Northcutt Simms, 82, of Clanton died Saturday, April 20, 2019. She was born on Thursday, April 30, 1936 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late Brasher L. Northcutt and the late Clara Thrash Northcutt. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Husband, Phil Simms; Sons, Shawn (Rachea) Simms, Shea (Lisa) Simms; Daughter, Laurel Lee (Stacy) Adams; 8 Grandchildren, 1 Great-Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her Father, Brasher Northcutt, Mother, Clara Melton, Brother, Jimmy Northcutt. Friends will be received from 1-2, Thursday, April 25, 2019 @ Christ Independent Methodist Church. Services will be held Thursday, April 25, 2019, at 2:00 P.M. at Christ Independent Methodist Church with Rev. Jim Hosey and Dr. Mac Stinson officiating. Interment will follow in Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
