Justin Daniel Bates, 41, of Clanton, Alabama passed away June 10, 2023, at his Residence in Clanton, AL.
He was born December 22, 1981, in Alabama, son of Danny Bates and Shirley Bates.
Surviving are his Mother, Shirley Bates; Father, Danny Bates; Daughter, Anika Bates; Son, Jameson Bates; Sister, Amanda Franks; Grandmother, Joyce Bates.
He was preceded in death by his Brother, David Franks.
Friends will be received Wednesday, June 14, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
Services will be held Wednesday, June 14, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. at Providence Baptist #2 Cemetery with Rev. Jay Mims officiating.
Interment will follow in Providence Baptist #2 Cemetery, Clanton, Alabama.
Pallbearers will be: Will Harris, Seth Harris, Brad Carter, Chase Knox, Trent Walker and Davy Hay.
