She was born July 14, 1937 in Alabama, daughter of the late Joe Chapman and the late Ethel Chapman.

She was a Homemaker.

She was preceded in death by her Husband, J C Smith, Sister, Edna Dutton, Sister, Leecie Hopper, Sister, Nell Smitherman, Brother, Gerald Chapman, Father, Joe Chapman, Mother, Ethel Chapman.

Friends will be received Sunday, February 19, 2023 from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm at Union Springs Baptist Church.

Services will be held Sunday, February 19, 2023, at 2:00 pm. at Union Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Evie Megginson and Rev. Shawn Lowery officiating.

Interment will follow in Union Springs Baptist Cemetery, Randolph, Alabama.
