Surviving are his 3 Sons, Randy Emmerich of Clanton, AL, Steven Emmerich of Clanton, AL, Kelley R. (Sabrina) Brooks of Clanton, AL; Daughter, Cathy Carr of Independence, MO; Brother, Charles (Patty) Brooks of Clanton, AL; 10 Grandchildren, 15 Great-Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Laura Ann Brooks; Father, Buddy Brooks; Mother, Evelyn Jones Brooks. Friends will be received from 5-8, Thursday, April 21, 2011 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Services will be held Friday, April 22, 2011, at 11:00 A.M. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Interment will follow in Chilton Memorial Gardens, Clanton, AL. Martin Funeral Home directing.
