Kenneth G. Roper

Kenneth G. Roper, 63, of Billingsley, Alabama passed away October 10, 2024, at Baptist South Health in Montgomery .

He was born June 20, 1961, in Florida, son of the late Douglas Roper and the late Carol Luker.

He owned several businesses, Industrial Coatings Group and Roper Pinestraw.

Surviving are his Daughter, Kendra Roper; Son, Kendal (Kamari) Roper; Grandchildren, Zoey McNeil, Zane McNeil, Delilah Jayde Roper and Adalynn Blair Roper; Granddoll, Strawberry Roper; Siblings, Stanley Roper, Betty Carol Brasher, Lithia Davenport, April Scott, Timmy Sledge, Sherry Green and Johnny Luker; Special Cousin, Billy Wyatt and Laura Liveoak; Special Aunt, Marlene Hayes;  a host of nieces, nephews and other family.

He was preceded in death by his Beloved Wife of 40 years, Tammy Ann Roper; Mother, Carol Luker; Dad, Douglas Roper; Father, Bill  Luker; Brother, Randy Roper; Sister, Tammy Luker Edwards; Grandson, Greer Roper.

Pallbearers, Ashley Brasher, Travis Wyatt, Trent Wyatt, Brandon Sledge, Blake Edwards and Del Green.

Friends will be received Sunday, October 13, 2024, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel.

Services will be held Sunday, October 13, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. William Short officiating.

Interment will follow in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens, Maplesville, Alabama.
