Larry James McLain, 70, of Jemison, Alabama passed away July 12, 2020 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center, Alabaster, AL. He was born May 10, 1950 in Sylacauga, Alabama, son of the late Pete McLain and the late Rena Duren McLain. He was a welder. Surviving are his Wife, Shirley McLain; Daughter, JoAnn Smith; Son, Larry (Tonya) Easterling; Brother, Rex (Teresa) Marcus; 3 Grandchildren; 4 Great Grandchildren; A host of other family. He was preceded in death by his Father, Pete McLain; Mother, Rena Mae Duren McLain; Father, Jack Marcus; Brother, Tim McLain; Grandson, Heath Wesson. A graveside service will be held Tuesday, July 14, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at Pates Chapel Baptist Cemetery, Jemison, Alabama. Interment to follow. Martin Funeral Home directing.
