Sharron Lavone Jones, 77, of Clanton died Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Shelby Baptist Medical Center. He was born on Saturday, March 12, 1938 in Haleyville, AL, Son of the late J. G. Jones and the late Lucyl Reynolds. He was a Mechanic. Surviving are his Daughters, June (Earl) Salter, Renee (Jason) Edwards; Sons, Darrin Jones (Beth Lyn), Aaron (Tina) Jones; Sister, Barbara Easterling; 8 Grandchildren, 3 Great-Grandchildren; Brother, Curren Leon Jones, all of Clanton, AL. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Maudine Jones. Friends will be received from 9:00-10:45 a.m., Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Martin Funeral Home. Graveside services will be held Saturday, March 5, 2016, at 11:00 A.M. at Martin Memorial Cemetery, Clanton, with Rev. Kent Dodson officiating. Martin Funeral Home directing.
