Lawrence "Larry" R. Land, 69, of Jemison died Tuesday, July 22, 2014. He was born on Friday, January 12, 1945 in Montgomery, AL, Son of the late Sullivan Max Land and the late Essie E. Posey Land. He was a Store Owner. Surviving are Wife, Pat Land of Jemison, AL; Daughter, Kim (Danny) Robinson of Jemison, AL, ; Son, Randall (Vickie) Land of Clanton, AL; Son, Rusty Land of Jemison, AL; Daughter, Reagan Land of Jemison, AL; 10 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren; Daughter-in-Law, Donna Waldrop of Calera, AL; Brother, Roger (Joyce) Land of Jemison, AL. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Rev. Pete & Essie Land and Son, Wade Waldrop. Friends will be received from 5-8, Friday, July 25, 2014 @ Union Springs Baptist Church. Services will be held Saturday, July 26, 2014, at 2:00 P.M. at Union Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Evie Megginson and Rev. Steve Johnson officiating.
