Lawton Carl Wilson, 56, of Clanton died Wednesday, May 17, 2017. He was born on Sunday, October 16, 1960 in Montgomery AL, Son of the late Harold Bloomer Wilson and the late Betty Joyce Jones. He was a Truck Driver. Surviving are Daughters, Shannon Lynn Wilson of Prattville, Brittany (Scott) McKee of Clanton, Kimberly Mae Wilson of Clanton; Son, Steven Carl (Nita) Wilson of Birmingham; 8 Grandchildren; Sister, Sherry Jane Wilson of Elmore; Brother, Harold Randall Wilson of Elmore. He was preceded in death by his Parents, Harold Bloomer & Betty Joyce Wilson. Friends will be received from Friday, May 19, 2017 from 5pm-8pm. Services will be held Saturday, May 20, 2017, at 11:00. at Liberty Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Kent Dodson officiating. Interment will follow in Liberty Hill Baptist Cem.
