Leighton Andrew Tyus, 88, of Bay Minette, Alabama passed away January 2, 2020 at the Mobile Infirmary in Mobile, Alabama. He was born Wednesday, August 19, 1931, and is the son of Cecil and LillianTyus. He was a Manager. Surviving are his Neices, Sandra Carter (Roger), Karen Threadgill, Kathy Talcott, Ann Wadeson (Douglas) and Rita Pilkington (George); Nephews, Randy Tyus (Cynthia) and Wayne Coppedge (Carol); Special Friend, Mary McGee. He was preceded in death by his Father, Cecil Tyus; Mother, Lillian Abbott Tyus; Sister, Kathryn Coppedge; Sister, Frances Spigner; Brother, Cecil Tyus, Jr.; Caregiver, Danny McGee; Nephew, Hank Spigner. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, January 8, 2019 at 10:15 A.M. at the Alabama National Cemetery in Montevallo. No flowers. Please donate to William F.
