Leora M. Beasley, 94, of Jemison died Friday, January 30, 2015. She was born on Tuesday, September 21, 1920 in Alabama, Daughter of the late Orville M. Martin and the late Mattie Mims Martin. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Daughters, Louise (Sam) Day of Samson, AL, Linda (Gene) Lessley of Jemison, AL; 7 Grandchildren, 7 Great Grandchildren, 4 Great-Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her Husband, Adrian L. Beasley, Daughter, Shirley McPhatter, Son, Carl (Dutch) Beasley, Daughter-in-Law, Cindy Beasley, Granddaughter, Sharon Day & her father, Edgar Day, 4 Brothers & 2 Sisters. Graveside services will be held Saturday, January 31, 2015, at 3:00 pm. at Midway Memorial Gardens with Mr. Gene Lesley, Mr. Brett Lesley & Mrs. Stan Beasley officiating. In lieu of flowers please make donations to Life Line Adoption Agency, 2104 Rocky Ridge Rd., Birmingham, AL 35215. Martin Funeral Home directing.
