Lewis G. "Red" Brown, 97, of Clanton died Friday, January 6, 2017 at Hatley Health Care, Clanton. He was born on Thursday, April 3, 1919 in Dale Co, AL, Son of the late Floyd Marion Brown and the late Samantha Alice Enfinger Brown. He was a Painting Supervisor. Surviving are Son, Homer Brown; Daughters, Ann (Tommy) Meeks, Vickey Collum; Grandsons, Roy Brown, D'Wayne Meeks, Wesley Mims; Granddaughters, Katie Brown, Lisa Kimbro, Susan Collum, Tammy Scruggs; 7 Great-Grandchildren, 3 Great-Great-Grandchildren; Sister, Alice Ann Todd;. He was preceded in death by his Wife, Annie Ruth Brown Daughter, Karen Brown. Friends will be received from 5-7, Sunday, January 8, 2017 at Martin Funeral Home. Services will be held Monday, January 9, 2017, at 2:00 p.m. at Pleasant Hill Baptist Church with Rev. Darrell Fammanf officiating.
