He was Owner of Headley Food Center in Clanton, AL. Surviving are his Wife, Dot Headley of Clanton, AL; 3 Daughters, Sally Jane Underwood of Culpepper, VA, Ginger Ann Sova of Birmingham, AL, Melanie Boggs of Clanton, AL; 7 Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his Grandson, Christopher Lewis Underwood. Friends will be received from 1:30 - 3:00, Thursday, July 28, 2011 @ Martin Funeral Home Chapel.
