She was born on Wednesday, November 16, 1927 in Chilton Co., AL, Daughter of the late John Dewey Rockett and the late Bertie Robinson Rockett. She was a Homemaker. Surviving are Daughters, Beth Dozier of Birmingham, AL, Claudia (Bill) Abernathy of Tulsa, OK; Son, Bill (Melinda) Maddox of Clanton, AL; Sister, Nell Powers of Clanton, AL; 6 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, William C. Maddox Friends will be received from 12:30-2:00, Sunday, January 7, 2018 @ Martin Chapel.
